The Role

As one of the Frontpage community Architect, you will be responsible for everything from seeding, building, engaging, retaining, and growing your community. This is a cross-functional role on the overlap of finance, content, community and growth hacking.

What will you do at Frontpage

1. Create and launch a new community, including setting up the initial structure, rules, and guidelines.
2. Develop a content strategy to attract and engage subscribers, including posting relevant, high-quality content and initiating discussions.
3. Monitor and review new submissions, ensuring content adheres to community rules and guidelines.
4. Enforce community guidelines consistently and fairly, taking appropriate action when necessary (e.g., removing posts, issuing warnings, or banning users).
5. Respond to user inquiries and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborate with other moderators (once recruited) to maintain quality and share best practices.
7. Design and implement strategies for subscriber growth, user engagement, and community promotion.
8. Organize events such as AMAs, contests, or themed discussion threads to foster community engagement.
9. Regularly review community analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement, adjusting content strategy as needed.
10. Liaise with Frontpage team as needed to address community issues or concerns.

What we we are looking for

1. Expert level knowledge of at least one the finance topics / sub-topics in Trading, Investing, MFs, Bonds, Personal finance, Crypto etc.
2. Prior experience as a moderator and creator in an online community.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and good judgment.
