What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to drive data-driven decision making and shape how the personalised user experiences look like on FrontPage.
- Conduct deep dive analysis to understand and optimize the key levers for engagement.
- Design and analyze experiments to establish causal relationships between changes in the product and user behavior.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to design and implement data products that empower them with self-serve insights
- Communicate key insights, identify product opportunities, and offer recommendations to product team.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, statistical modelling, and experimentation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Strong technical skills, including fluency in SQL, and proficiency in Python or R
- A scientifically rigorous approach to data analysis and a commitment to high-quality, results-oriented output
- Knowledge of best practices in data manipulation, building data pipelines, feature engineering, and creating dashboards
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical partners
- Experience leading end-to-end data projects and working with recommendation systems or ML teams is a plus
- Ability to balance trade-offs between multiple product areas and drive top line impact through data-driven decision making
