What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of large datasets to discover trends and patterns.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing user engagement and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the product team.
- Design & analyze experiments to establish causal relationships between changes in the product and user behavior.
- Undertake root cause analysis using data to explain unexpected product behaviors and performance drops.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in quantitative analysis & statistical modelling.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn).
- A scientifically rigorous approach to data analysis and a commitment to high-quality, results-oriented output
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical partners
