Just follow these steps:

1. Go to Trade Lab.
2. Tap on the trade you want to report, either in the Positions or Performance tab.
3. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
4. Select Report Trade Issue.
5. Describe what went wrong with the trade.
6. Tap Submit.
